Report Missing on Snapshot

At times, it might be raised by client or the user that the report is missing from on Snapshot view. It could either be a user mistake or an issue issue with consensus publish resulting into report not showing up:

  1. If the analyst on the old tool, see the screenshot as below on Snapshot without the Report icon , it would be mean there was problem with consensus publish,which the user might have ignored the first time.
    1. User needs to go back to editor and check for all possible reasons for consensus fail.

2.  If the user had forgotten to upload the report, the user would still see the report icon on the front end but when clicked on it , it would show there are no Reports available.

  1. WIth what we have seen over a lot of times is, when there is request to remove analysts, or removing line items from the template, user may simply change the template and publish the consensus without uploading the report considering there were no changes to the numbers.
  2. But, for the tool every time user publishes consensus , the reports needs to be uploaded for it to be visible on the Snapshot view.
